1. Services

BikeFix.me provides professional bicycle repair, maintenance, and consultation services in Podgorica, Montenegro. Services are provided at our workshop or via online consultation.

2. Bookings

Online bookings are requests, not guaranteed appointments. We will confirm your booking via phone or email. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Pricing

Prices listed on our website are for labor only and do not include replacement parts unless specified. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of your bicycle. We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.

4. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on all repair work performed. This covers workmanship only, not wear and tear or damage from misuse. Parts warranty follows the manufacturer's terms.

5. Liability

We take care of your bicycle while it is in our workshop. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage that occurs after the bicycle leaves our premises.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and bank transfer. Online consultation fees are due before the session.

7. Uncollected Bicycles

Bicycles must be collected within 14 days of service completion. After 30 days of no contact, a storage fee of 2€ per day may apply.

8. Online Consultations

Online consultations are advisory in nature. We provide professional recommendations but cannot guarantee outcomes for work performed by others based on our advice.
